In this Vinyasa online yoga class, we'll keep coming back to our theme of opening the hips. On a daily basis our hips get compromised, from sitting in a chair throughout the day, or from activities such as running and cycling. Opening the hips is essential to help release tension in other areas of the body such as the lower back. It's also one of the main places where we hold our emotions.
