Yoga Class Description

An online yoga class with Dana Damara. We are a society that is used to sitting all day, every day. Challenge yourself to open up to more space and grace by opening your hips. Opening your hips helps to open your hamstrings, your low back and can help relieve tension throughout your spine. Designed for all levels of practitioners. (84 mins.)
