With the exception of some martial arts, most sports seldom warm up and circulate the joints before beginning an event. The greater circulation is in the joints, the greater the potential for them to be more pliable, less inflamed and arthritic. Protect and prolong your joints' usage through a simple sequence taken from various yoga lineages that focus on joint health. This online yoga class is particularly good for sports enthusiasts for pre-event and long-term maintenance. It is also good for all levels and ages of practitioners whether or not you play a sport.
