Yoga Class Description

One of Abby Tucker's most requested yoga sequences, this online yoga class targets classically tight areas - including the outer hips, the outer thighs (including the IT band), and the hip flexors all the way up to the middle thoracic spine. Use this class on a regular basis for hip opening, relief from sciatica, expanded breath, and to prepare your body for deep twists and arm balances.
