Yoga Class Description

Sensei Kim leads you in an online yoga practice that will help you safely improve the mobility of the upper body joints. You will learn how to properly move the neck, shoulders, and spine in a way that will promote happy joints, plus increase muscular strength. All the while you will get in touch with your inner yoga ninja so you can feel confident, stress-free, and calm. Thank you to Tri-Yoga Calgary for allowing us to film at their studio! Sensei Kim helps her clients to find their inner yoga ninja so that they can fight their adversaries: arthritis, chronic pain, and stress. She specializes in therapeutic yoga for those of all ages living with arthritis. She knows first hand what challenges a diagnosis of arthritis can bring; arthritis runs in her family. Kim McNeil has seen how the disease affects the well-being and quality of life of her friends, family, and clients, many of whom are young adults. She works to help them manage their chronic pain, regain their independence, sleep better, manage stress, and feel their age again.

Kim truly believes yoga can help people feel better and as a consequence, live a happier life. More importantly, she helps her clients enjoy their passions again, whether that be playing music, enjoying sports, cooking or kung fu fighting!
