Yoga Class Description

Power and potency in precarious places. How do you hold the strength of your core when you are asked to open your heart and move into uncertain landscapes? This 75 minute, level 2, dynamic online yoga practice focuses on activating the core and then taking this upside down and into backbends! You'll break down actions in the deep core that help stabilize the back, then lengthen out of that to promote freedom. Backbends should be places that promote freedom and expansion - not pain in your back, and Darcy Lyon will guide you there. Have two blocks, a blanket and a nearby wall and be prepared to have fun. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. (80 mins.)
