It is time to get to know and workout the front, back and sides of your torso. Though your midriff will be the main focus during this online yoga practice, you'll still experience a well-balanced flow throughout this hard-core session. Have a block available. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. (48 mins.)

Very challenging to the core, yet still a great balance of poses for a total-body flow. Love this class and the slightly shorter length, too. Again, wonderful cueing and calm, peaceful approach from Laura.
