Yoga Class Description

Our feet have more nerve endings than any other part of our body. They are how we meet the world - they are our foundation. Yet so many of us shove them into narrow shoes for 10 hours of the day. Like any structure, if the feet are misaligned everything above is affected. It is no wonder there are so many lower back problems! This strong online yoga sequence is great for after work or the end of the week. Learn the proper placement of the feet in standing poses, how to activate your inner arches, and what the heck a 'Barbie' foot really is. While the sequence is designed to open the feet, the results are holistic, as the whole body benefits when our feet are happy. Have two blocks and a strap available. (19 mins.)

This class is better than the physical therapy I've been doing for achilles tenditnitis.
