To surrender is to allow miracles to enter. Through openness and receptivity on the part of human consciousness, spirit is allowed to infuse our lives. This mindfully slow(er) paced vinyasa practice weaves in asana that is designed to open up the back and front of the leg, specifically the psoas muscle system and hip flexors, as well as the hamstrings and calf muscles. Work towards peak postures that require revolving of the spine, Parivritta Trikonasana and Parivritta Ardha Chandrasana with optional Parsva Bakasana. Have two blocks and a strap available. Filmed live at exhale in Venice with Grace Flowers and live music from Amita Stark. (79 mins.)
