Yoga Class Description

A little repetitive but overall I really liked it! I definitely sweated and felt strong, long and lean.

I have to agree with Natalia B. This was a very repetitive class, with lots of the same core work. I would have preferred more variety. It's a good workout, but I don't think I'll be doing this again.

Goldie Oren

Goldie Oren is a popular yoga teacher in New York City. She has combined her background as a former professional ballerina with yoga to form her characteristic high-energy Vinyasa flow classes. She teaches at numerous locations in the City, including exhale spa, Reebok Sports Club NY, Sports Club LA, SLT Yoga, and David Barton Gym. She also works individually with private clients in their homes. Goldie earned a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University, majoring in Writing and recently is the author of a new two-part book series titled "Anatomy of Fitness: Yoga." She has also demonstrated her beautiful yoga practice through modeling in numerous yoga books, including: "Anatomy of Yoga: An Instructor's Guide To Improving Your Poses," and "Healthy Back Anatomy."
