Superb. Excellent sequencing, crystalline cueing. Joan achieves the perfect balance of alignment and focus on breathing that allows for moving meditation.

I have learned so much about proper positioning for Sun Salutations and Warrior positions from Joan, and this class is a great example of her ability to convey proper technique, without really being in the room with her students. Easily the best class I've taken on Yoga Vibes.

Michelle C

Good class, good cueing by instructor, felt like I was actually in the class. Some people may need props for the more advanced poses. Good flow and great music.

Emilia S

Amazing flow, well sequenced, invigorating yet peaceful and relaxing!

Ashley K

Spectacular class. Extremely clear instruction through each pose, good reminders, and nice movement up to and through the wraps, incersions, and back bends at the end of the class. Works up a sweat and relaxes. Just like being in a classroom.

love this class, almost like being there (almost)

Tiffany Cantrell

This was a good solid class with (one of the few with music in the background too) that works through Surya Namaskar A and B, Warrior 2 variations, some long slow holds to get deep into the hips in both standing and seated poses. If you are working Titibasana in your practice, but just quite have it, have 2 blocks around to use. If you haven't said hello to your hips in a while, this class is for you.
