Vinyasa Flow with Joan Hyman

A Vinyasa flow online yoga class that opens with Sun Salutations before moving on to longer-held poses, hip openers, core work and arm balances. Hyman draws attention to breath and alignment while using Vinyasa to heat and cleanse the body.  This online yoga class is suitable for intermediate and advanced students.  Special thanks to Kalani (www.kalanimusic.com) for providing the beautiful music. (72 mins.)

This was a good solid class with (one of the few with music in the background too) that works through Surya Namaskar A and B, Warrior 2 variations, some long slow holds to get deep into the hips in both standing and seated poses. If you are working Titibasana in your practice, but just quite have it, have 2 blocks around to use. If you haven't said hello to your hips in a while, this class is for you.
