Vinyasa Flow with Erin Morgan
This Vinyasa-style yoga class features Sun Salutations and a standing flow sequence that includes Warrior I, II and III, triangle and tree poses. Morgan ends the class with the hip-opening pigeon, core-building boat, bridge and wheel backbends and cooling twists.
