This class was super fun. Elinore keeps you from getting too serious in your practice with her unique giggle. She challenges you throughout the entire class, and provides probably the greatest cues I have ever been exposed to in a practice, getting you more aligned and more open in your pelvic region. She throws out variations in poses and teaches some poses you may not have seen in while. Oh and you giggle with her as you practice, it can't get any more fun that that.
