My girls loved the class. Olivia, 9, said "A great way for kids to learn about yoga. It mixed easy poses and hard poses so it wasn't too hard or too easy." Adelaide, 5, said "my favorite part was when we stood on one leg with our arms out(warrior 3) and the blankets (savasana). Dad said, "Great class for kids. It held their attention for the full 72 minutes which I was concerned about being too long. A couple of prop notes: A small stuffed animal is required to help the kids understand how to breath into their belly. Also, it is helpful to have an eye mask for savasana so they aren't watching the screen during meditation. Great intro for kids- the relaxation led to some serious snuggle time while we wrote this review."
