This is the second class I have taken with yogavibes. I really enjoyed it. I do a lot of cardio and weight train, but as I am 40 now not stretching has caught up with me and my hips are out of alignment. Even though this is the first of any classes I have tried, I feel very opened up now in my legs. I just need to find one for my upper body to open it up. Thank you!!!

Great class to keep from getting all stiffened up after a run. If I do this class regularly after cardio I don't feel achy and sore! Easy and quick to do!

Fantastic post-run workout. I've done this one a few times after running ~1hr or so and I feel so much better than when I forget or don't have time to do it immediately after.

I absolutely loved this class. Rolf is fab at explaining the benefits of this type of yoga and the specific postures. The hamstring flow in the middle is an awesome stretch as I find it really hard to get a proper stretch here. It also has the added benefit of not being mega long so is the perfect antidote after a run or other forms of more dynamic exercise. Super!!

This guy is great. I am so glad I found him on here. The class is perfect for stretching out your limbs after a nice workout, or even on your "off" days to rejuvenate your muscles and lean everything out. It's a perfect complement to a nice, long run.

This class was just what I needed after coming in from a run in the hot Florida air. My body was hot, my hips were a bit tight and cranky and I needed a nice, deep, slow, cool down stretch sequence to help my muscles out. Rolf said, "That when you stretch the body and remove tension from it, you actually de-age the body." What a difference a good stretch makes after a run. Thanks.
