Kundalini Yoga Practice - Kriya for Morning Sadhana
An online Kundalini yoga class in which you will learn a series of yoga postures, mantras and mudras developed by the Master of Kundalini Yoga, Yogi Bhajan, to balance the chakras, exchange old blood for new, calm the mind and reduce stress. Kriyas are a series of cleansing exercises in the Kundalini tradition. The opening tune-in is Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo, which means "I bow to that infinite creative consciousness that lies within myself." And the closing song is "May the long time sun shine upon you, all love surround you and the pure light within you guide your way on." If possible, commit to this daily spiritual practice (sadhana) for 40 days in a row to achieve greater physical and spiritual benefits. Suitable for all levels.
