Hot Power Yoga

In Hot Power Yoga each movement within a pose or series of poses continuously flows from inhale to exhale, creating a dance-like motion-meditation. Practicing this heat-building practice results in a body-sculpting, toxin-releasing workout. This online yoga class will build strength, flexibility and coordination while simultaneously sharpening mental focus and clarity.
