as a beginner this fast-moving class was a little athletic for me--my stamina isn't there yet! but the instruction was very clearly directed and one of the only classes I've taken here that does any stomach-core work. nice vibe.

This class is an excellent class for those that want a challenge as it gets right to your core in a variety of ways and it is a great class to develop more upper body strength through the different vinyasa and chaturanga sequences. I highly recommend it.

I have practiced with Laura for about five years and her classes are very well-rounded, exercising all parts of the body, while using upbeat music to make it fun. Tough but upbeat - a perfect combo that I highly recommend!
