Man I always feel bad for whoever Dotty is in this.. but I just love this class. Always feel so rejuvenated and grounded and relaxed but also invigorated. How does she do it?!

Having trained with Ana about 2 years ago, it's always nice to hear her voice. She is very sure of her practice. This is a wonderful level 1 forrest yoga class. Ana is very detailed on alignment, which is important for anyone starting out and a good reminder for more practiced yogis. Breath, one of Ana's main principles is brought up again and again. It will make a huge difference to remember to breathe during yoga! Ana is amazing at actually getting you to do it. Lunges, twists, warrior 1 and 2 are all worked on. Basics poses but great to refresh on. Ana is also influenced by Native American culture her meditation in savasana reflects that and is wonderful.
