Forrest Yoga and Ana Forrest are nothing short of amazing. I've gone through Vinyasa teacher training and have practiced Iyengar, but nothing works to the depths like Forrest Yoga. I live in a place with zero Forrest Yoga presence. Through all the videos available here and Ana's new book, my life and physical being is transforming...and I'm not even in the physical presence of a teacher! That's never happened. Ana is a true healer and gives the best guidance I've ever experienced. You can visualize and feel the muscles that she is trying to get you to move and develop as she speaks. We all have our own opinion and mine is that Forrest Yoga is the most effective for healing our bodies from the stresses of today. The balance you feel is remarkable. I'm so happy to have found this resource.

Wow. The cues in this series had me experiencing poses (even ones I've done hundreds of times - bridge, forward bend, twists - who knew?) more completely than ever before. Just wow.

The directions are really great and helped me feel the poses in a whole new way, The flow begins with some abdominal work and I almost stopped the practice as it was a bit intense but move through that and it is more in the range of the average practitioner.

I did this practice again and it was much easier for me to follow. This is one of the strongest narrations and demonstrations of the poses and exactly how to practice the most effectively in Yoga Vibes.

I love this video, the design aesthetic is lovely, tribal and healing. The filming and editing is professional and the multiple camera angles allow the Yogi to return again and again to the practice with Ana. The voice over allows the yoga practitioner in the video to cover much more content in a shorter time. My one concern is that I don't know where to place my computer during the flow--because the angles change I had to adjust my computer 4 or 5 times during the 36 minute practice. I suppose once I learn the practice I will hear her v.o. and only refer to the visuals when I need guidance.

I was drawn to Forrest yoga from the moment I found the website. However, classes were too far away, (and quite frankly a bit out of my price range.) Knowing that yogavibes.com has these amazing videos from Ana is a huge plus! As for this video- I absolutely love doing this one when I'm feeling lazy, but know that I really NEED to do yoga.
