Yoga Class Description

Sadie Nardini's "Core Transformer" online yoga class is another amazing Core Strength Vinyasa Yoga offering. The practice includes core work, Sun Salutations, backbends, twists and Nardini's signature asanas - core plank, shakti kicks and a unique side plank variation. (74 mins.)

This was an amazing class, the core means so much more to me now. I decided to take this class expecting just a good work out but wow, I learned so much! I had always been a little confused even when teachers would say to activate the pelvic floor but her description really helped me to start feeling this and the constant reminder to do so was very helpful as well. With this activation, my inhales and exhales felt different by the middle of the class and I think they will all day. In addition, the wisdom she shared at the end I hope to hold with me for a while, she spoke about how the practice is all about getting used to intensity while staying true to the self and how you need to find who that self is and when you do, you will gather your tribe around you. I am definitely going to take more classes with her in the future.

I was really excited to take this class when I found it and saw it's title. This class is well rounded class that has some killer core work. Getting rid of core toxins and accessing your inner strength all together. I love how there was some discussion at the beginning of class so we were more prepared and understand more about really utilizing our Ahara energy throughout our entire practice. It is so true that our energy comes from within, but we often practice outwardly.

Sadie really encourages you to use your energy and become as intense as you want. Since I was always told to "tone it down" I appreciated her message.
