I really liked Kurt's ability to break down the essence of yoga. He helps you understand the basics of what yoga is, and how it can be a positive influence in your life. I learned about the power of touch and sensation and being able to connect and really feel it. Kurt spoke about how our breath can really identify how we are feeling, just by how we breath..... "stress.... is wasted energy" I love that. A simplified explanation of Sun A's and Sun B's........ to really feel the alignment in your body..... Check it out.... you won't be disappointed!
