Before the practice, I had tightness and some pain in my right calf, my right IT band, and my right back. Afterwards, it had almost all evaporated. Amazing for such a short practice! I think the focus on opening the joints and muscles around the low back was the key.

This was a nice quick practice, but not sure I felt it was especially focused on my back more than any other basic practice. Liked the use of the props.

Excellent for the early am stiffness. Thanks!
