Yoga Class Description

This online vinyasa yoga class focuses on forward folds as the days get shorter and colder. We lengthen and open up the hamstrings, lower back and hips in this deep flow. The class explores moving inward, becoming introspective and letting go. The emphasis is on the exhale and how to deepen into our body and our experience by folding forward. Have two blocks and a blanket available. (60 mins.)
