Yoga Class Description

This short and invigorating online yoga class includes a combination of charging Pranayama and Asana to give you a boost of energy. The sequence warms you up to prepare your body for a safe and stable forearm balance or Pincha Mayurasana with a block and strap support. If you have elbow or shoulder injuries, or are on your cycle, or are just not ready to be fully upside down, stay in dolphin pose. Have a block and strap available. (42 mins.)

I let inspiration guide me to this practice this evening and it was perfect! I was even wearing the same pants as Kiyomi! I love Kundalini and vinyasa and adore how the Breath of Fire is like a shortcut to kundalini energy.

Loved this class. It's long enough to get the energy flowing, and short enough to fit into my morning practice. I have an intermediate pincha practice (just a block, no wall or strap) and I felt stronger in the shoulders when I held it! I was also very impressed at the creativity/interweaving of mudra and pranayama. I'd love to take your class in person! Thanks for the great AM practice!
