Yoga Class Description

This asana practice helps students find and understand "neutral" spinal alignment. The emphasis is on core stability (ab toning!) while we open the chest and shoulders. Variations of common poses like downward dog, plank, and chaturanga will be practiced and then applied to the more rigorous asana. An online yoga cline that will tone, lengthen, and strengthen you! Please have a strap and wall space available. (16 mins.)
