This Focused Flow yoga practice helps reduce the out of balance symptoms of Vata. Ayurveda, the sister science to yoga, characterizes people in to three categories of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. You can be a combination of these tendencies or under the influence of just one. In general, when out of balance, Vata can be scattered, overwhelmed, anxious, dry, and suffer from joint pain. This online yoga practice helps ground and stabilize anxiety with mudra and pranayama (breath work) while offering a variation on our traditional flow to build strength without extra pressure on the joints.
