This short and focused yoga sequence includes forward bending, standing balancing, and inversion poses to help you ground your scattered energy and get you out of your busy monkey mind to release your anxiety. The sequence also warms you up, leading you toward a shoulder stand variation using blankets and a strap. If you have neck, shoulder, wrist injuries, or if you are on the first few days of your cycle, you may substitute Shoudler Stand with Viparita Karani or Legs Up the Wall pose. For your safety, please do not move your head side to side in Shoulder Stand or Halasana. Have two blocks, a blanket and strap available. (42 mins.)
