Firming Toward Center: A Yoga "Core Set"

This core-centric online yoga class expands our definition of the "core" to include not only the front-belly muscles, but also the lateral and back muscles - all of which stabilize, elongate, and twist our torsos. I really enjoyed this class. It was a very intelligently sequenced core practice, with lots of wonderful cueing. It was challenging without being exhausting, I feel strong and my muscles feel alive just after the class. I recognized a lot of yogaworks parts to the class, which I love. Through the class, I enjoyed David's calm and positive instructing. Thanks David! Please add more classes like this one!
