Yoga Class Description

An online yoga class designed for a morning or evening practice during the fall months. It is good for stimulating the meridians of the lungs and large intestine and in the arms, and for supporting healthy detoxification and digestion. Emphasis is on balancing between that which we harvest and store, and that which we shed and let fall away as we move towards the winter months and cultivate a close connection with center. This practice begins with Nadi Shodhana, alternate nostril breathing, and is followed by twists, arm and shoulder openers and some light backbends at the end. Have two blocks and a blanket available. (49 mins.)

A great basic class with more flow than you might expect in a Level 1 class! Heather always has something interesting up her sleeve and there are two asanas in this class that are really different and worth trying!
