Yoga Class Description

Arm balances are enlivening, dynamic poses that challenge us to balance steadiness and receptivity. In this 60-minute all levels online yoga class we'll move through basic warm ups, standing poses and hip openers on our way towards Eka Pada Galavasana. Along the way we'll break down key actions so you can understand how to progress further and open more. This arm balance is as much about open hips as it is about strength, so everyone can expect to find something new to work on and carry forward. A great dynamic practice for any time of day!
