Yoga Class Description

Join Stacey as she shares her practice of deep hip openers with you. If you are able to do basic hip openers without warming up first, you will love these juicy sequences and fun variations on the poses. This online yoga class can either be 30, 45, or 60 minutes long to suit your needs on different days. We start with 30 minutes of hip opening lunges and variations, continue with seated postures for an additional 15 minutes, or finish the 60 minutes with some supine sweetness. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. You will need a block or a thick book. (60 mins.)
