Yoga Class Description

Forward bends provide an opportunity to focus your attention inward while increasing flexibility and rejuvenating your body and mind. This online yoga class will help you build strength and stability and discover new ways to safely go deeper into your forward bend practice to release your hamstrings, lower back, and spine.
