This online yoga practice is a great way to wake up and embrace the day. Your body may still feel rather tight, so we will move slowly and mindfully to stretch out the spine and lubricate the joints with a Hatha yoga practice called Dasha Chalana or ten churnings. As the body warms up, we will move through some gentle but invigorating sun salutes. The practice will end with a moment of reflection and gratitude leaving you in a relaxed state of mind and ready to take on whatever comes your way today! Have two blocks available. (31 mins.)
