Yoga Class Description

This Prana Vinyasa online yoga class grants you an all access pass to the shoulders, hips, core and side body. A combination of mindful movements connected with the breath and a steady evolution of asanas will prepare you for experiencing twists, arm balances, and hip openers with a sense of embodied ease.
