Yoga Class Description

In this arm balancing online yoga flow we'll keep coming back to the theme of core and crow pose, or bakasana. Class will begin with mild core work, twists and lunge Sun Salutations, and then proceed to arm balances. We'll then counter-balance our arm balances with twists and heart openers and lengthening the side body. This Level 2-3 class is great for those who are still learning to "take off" into crow, as well as those who are proficient in soaring with their crow. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes. Have a block available if you are still working on lifting off into crow pose. (63 mins.)

This was a nice flow - but I wouldn't rate it as a level 3. It didn't have the intensity or difficulty of a level 3 class.....it really should have been rated as a level 2...with that being said it's very accessible to everyone.

Yahoo! I love this class. This has everything I was hoping for: challenging poses, good sequencing and nice pace of transitions. Laura give excellent alignment cues and encourages you take the pose even further than your current abilities. It i nice to have something to grow with. I never thought an at home practice could be this challenging and fulfilling, it rivals the best of in studio classes. Thank you Laura!!!!
