In this arm balancing online yoga flow we'll keep coming back to the theme of core and crow pose, or bakasana. Class will begin with mild core work, twists and lunge Sun Salutations, and then proceed to arm balances. We'll then counter-balance our arm balances with twists and heart openers and lengthening the side body. This Level 2-3 class is great for those who are still learning to "take off" into crow, as well as those who are proficient in soaring with their crow. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes.
