Yoga Class Description

Do you struggle with Bakasana (crow pose)? Bakasana is often the first arm balance to learn in yoga practice. This online yoga class will ignite your core, open your hips and back body, and help you find strength and balance. Stacey will prepare you for the pose and show you a few tricks to help you find the sweet spot and attain liftoff. Please have two blocks and a blanket available. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes.
