Danielle's videos are sublime! Her tone of voice, her pacing, her humor, her clarity and frankness make for a perfect instructor. The composition of her classes and the music provided combine for a full body yoga workout, even in the short segments. Unbeatable!

This was a unique and challenging video, and my first time incorporating weights into yoga. I used 5lb. weights, but had to drop them during a few parts of the routine. I'd recommend starting with 2 or 3 lb. weights at first if you are unsure. Will definitely do again!

Loved it. However, if you are new to yoga, some of the camera angles make it hard to see how to get into certain positions. Great workout. Loved that it was yoga and raised your heart rate, especially with the weights.
