Yoga Class Description

Core Fusion® Yoga inspires students with a combination of yoga asana to raise the body's heat and increase cardio endurance, intense core functional training to strengthen and tone the core, and Qi Gong movements and stretching to produce a state of inner calm and balance. You may want to have two blocks and a strap available for this practice in addition to a mat. Music provided by Audiosparx. (63 mins.)

This is a fantastic and no ordinary yoga class. The energy flow and and precision of the instructor make it a challenging and satisfying 60 minutes. The core and thigh work build heat and blend with traditional poses for an exceptional workout. Tammy Rowe who moves, motivates and paces the class with an impressive hands on style and command, is hugely appealing and skilled.

Tammy Rowe joined the exhale family in 2006 after dancing professionally with the Chicago Bulls, Royal Caribbean, and numerous productions in New York City and Europe. She brings her dance background, expertise in movement and inspiring energy to each class.
