This was a pretty fun course … Minus the fact that I didn't have a bar at home! Going to look into where I can purchase one and keep this going! Thanks Nicole.

This is a fantastic workout.

My back actually felt more aligned when finished. Mixing that with a strong core challenge and this made for a great class. I actually felt like I was there.

I have worked out at home for a long time with the Core Fusion DVDs but have never been to a class. I enjoyed this workout and found it similar to some of the DVDS. It was slightly difficult to do a proper set up for some of the flat back/round back work without a ballet barre at home - but this was only a minor difficulty and the class was still enjoyable and a good challenge.
