Class Description

Hit the barre for Exhale's signature full body workout designed to give you chiseled abs, toned legs, cut arms, and a high, lifted butt. This ballet inspired, core-centric online class focuses on isolated exercises, alignment, flexibility and posture as you work through targeted mindful muscle movements. Push yourself to the limit - and then find balance - as every hard worked muscle is followed by a deep, relaxing stretch. This 45-minute class incorporates the most essential components of the popular one-hour class and is perfect for those of you who have limited time. Open to all levels. Have a barre or chair, light hand weights, a ball, and socks available. (44 mins.)

Another excellent workout from Anna. I have to say for an express workout this was very complete and I really felt it all over. She covered all the body parts and it was fast paced so there was a cardio element to it, as well. I loved t. Marina D

Great ! All the new studies say its better working shorter but harder ! Hope It will more hiit barre classes 40 min as we can find now in others barre studios

Really loved the challenging plank series at the start. Pretty fast on the transitions between moves/segments of the class, but will get easier once I have done it a few times and know what to expect.

Anna Gagie

Anna Gagie is a Core Fusion Barre instructor with a strong background in dance. She’s trained with leading teachers in New York’s dance industry, performed in various venues, and received a degree in Dance and Business Management from Marymount Manhattan College. Inspired to share her love of movement, Anna began teaching dance at age 17. Her years of teaching experience shines through in her Core Fusion classes at Exhale. Her energy is high and her vibe is confident. She commands the room with a no BS, straight-up approach, motivating her students to keep up the pace, even in the most brutal and sweaty of workouts. In 2012, she was featured on RateYourBurn as one of New York’s 20 Hottest Female Instructors.
