The engaging of the core at the beginning is nice, but I don't feel that the description is accurate to what this video contains. I was expecting a level 2 class with lots of standing postures, twists, and some flow. My heart rate did not get up at all in this class, and I found that there was way too much instruction and not enough action. Lots of down time. I honestly found this class extremely boring. Not what I was expecting. This is more like a level 1 introduction.

The more I practice the more I get that the core is the strength of the muscles around the spine, not the abs. This ends in one serious twist!
