Mindful breathing is an essential part of yoga practice; however, we often lose sight of our breath in an effort to move quickly or take on challenging postures. In this dynamic and flowing online yoga class, you will begin to explore the relationship between the core muscles and the inhalation and exhalation. You will move through a series of demanding poses, focusing on developing core strength and using your breath. As you wake up your core, you will find that you can stay grounded as you open up in backbends and discover openness in your forward folds.
