Yoga Class Description

All backbends are born out of Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana). This online yoga class will show you how to deepen your cobra and find more freedom and ease in the posture. Take a few minutes to fire up and strengthen the muscles that run along your spine and learn how to engage the back of your legs and hips to protect your lower back and bend in your upper back. This class will help you practice healthier backbends. Filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes with Stacey Rosenberg. (12 mins.)
