I've done a few of her classes before and they didn't really capture my attention, but this one changed all that...amazing!!!!!! Great speed and I definitely worked up a sweat. This one will definitely be added to my "go-to" collection :) Now I have to go back and give some of her other classes a try again b/c I'm sure that I'missing out on some gems.

Quick and effective! Offers modifications to make it more challenging. Perfect for when you're short on time, but still want to feel like you achieved a "complete," practice addressing strength, flexibility, and breath.
