Yoga Class Description

Build confidence and patience through finding strength in your legs while opening your shoulders and working toward bound poses. This online yoga class begins with standing poses and seated twists and moves through a fun flowing and challenging balance sequence to help you gain strength and steadiness. Shoulder openers and stabilizers are woven in throughout, which effectively prepare you for the bind. When you play with strength and flexibility you walk away with more awareness and openness in both mind and body. You will need a block and strap for this class, filmed live at Yoga Tree Hayes.
