This online yoga practice is designed to strengthen and tone your bum. When the bum is stronger you will feel yourself walk with an easier stride, your lower back and lower pelvis will be supported, and sitting will be much easier. For those of us meditators, this is a really helpful result for a peaceful meditation. There are no Sun Salutations here. We go right to the bum and begin to bring some heat with dynamic movements, working the hips in a variety of directions to access all the different muscles. It's tough, so be prepared! In the end you will feel much more grounded, stable and strong. You will need a block and blanket for this practice. (47 mins.)
