In this online yoga class, Stacey Rosenberg works through several variations on the standing poses Parsvakonasana (side angle pose) and Trikonasana (triangle pose) to help you open your hips and shoulders and achieve the bound versions of these postures. This practice culminates by using the openness and strength generated from the bind to create the actions needed for the arm balance, Eka Pada Koundinyasana II.
