Yoga Class Description

Standing poses are the foundation of a solid yoga practice. They both strengthen and lengthen the major muscle groups of the legs, initiate greater hip mobility, and build stamina. This online yoga class features five fundamental and empowering standing poses followed by a series of reclining floor poses. This class is Part 1 of a four-part Yoga Basics Series taught by Abby Tucker at Yoga Tree Hayes. Have a chair, blanket, two blocks and strap available. (39 mins.)
