Class Description

A fast-paced online Core Fusion class which is a nice challenge for students with Core Fusion or barre experience. Fusing the disciplines of core conditioning, PIlates, the Lotte Berk Method, and yoga, this highly acclaimed transformational fitness experience incorporates 50 years of collective teacher expertise. It allows you to work from the inside out, consistently delivering results, including washboard abs, a tighter and higher backside, and a perfectly toned body. Socks are required. Have a chair, light hand weights and a strap available. (58 mins.)

Loved it! Tammy had just the right amount of genuine motivation without coming across as cheesy or overly peppy. The class included many great exercises that had my thighs, hips, glutes, and core burning throughout. I consider myself a fairly advanced exerciser and this workout was the perfect amount of challenge. Will definitely do it again!

Incredible cues, specific movements, and never forgets her YogaVibes friends to adjust this for home use too if there's no barre close. This class is an hour, but she makes this move quickly, safely, and motivated me to keep going and accomplish the class with my body feeling alive, not tired. Great class for every body part...especially the mind.
